The State Infrastructure Plan, released in March 2016, focuses on improving the liveability and productivity of Queensland by providing a coordinated and integrated approach to infrastructure planning, prioritisation, funding and delivery.

The Comms Team was engaged by the Department of Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning to provide communication and graphic design support for the development of both the draft (for consultation) and final versions of the State Infrastructure Plan. This included communication and production management, in-house concept and graphic design, writing and editing and print/web production of the draft and final documents, which were more than 160 pages in length.

Our experienced consultants worked in-house alongside the dedicated government project team to ensure full integration and understanding of client needs, provide highly responsive services and guarantee the best outcome was delivered. The Comms Team’s senior graphic designer also provided in-house support to design, layout and edit the document in real time. This arrangement was critical at key milestones to ensure amendments were made quickly without impacting delivery timeframes.

We have subsequently provided editing, production management and graphic design services for the annual update of SIP Part B each year from 2017 to 2019.
