The Project
The Comms Team planned and managed strategic communication, community consultation and stakeholder engagement for the Building Future Schools program, working across multiple concurrent workstreams and several project phases including planning, procurement and delivery.
We developed the engagement framework, processes and protocols and prepared the engagement strategy. Working as part of an integrated team we established best-practice engagement strategies and engagement methods across the program. We undertook a range of services including stakeholder engagement, issues management, consultation and design.
